The Convict Lake Campground is operated by the U.S. Forest Service from the last week in April until the end of October. Opening and closing dates may change based upon weather conditions. Please check online at

The Campground is located 2.5 miles west of HWY 395 across from the Mammoth-Yosemite Airport. There are 88 sites, 24 of which may be reserved on-line at www.reserveamerica.com. The remaining 64 sites are available on a first come first serve basis.
RV’s and tent campers are welcome. Campsites have a fire ring and picnic table. Potable water is available and there is a dump station. There are no hook-ups. The sites vary in size and location. A few of the sites can accommodate up to a 45’ RV-Fifth Wheel. The fee is $20.00 per night. The Golden Age fee is $10.00 per night. The maximum stay is 14 days. The campground is busiest during the summer months ad may sell out by Thursday or Friday on holidays and some weekends during the summer months.
