Campground Management
The campground concession at Convict Lake together with several other campgrounds in the area were put up for bid this past Fall. The USFS is in the process of making their final determination and should announce which company has been awarded the contract within the next few weeks.

General Information
The Conivct Lake Campground is operated By the United States Forest Service from the last week in April until  the end of October.  For reservations and updated open and closure dates visit www.recreation.gov or call 877-444-6777.  To reach a campground  host during operating times call 760-924-5771.

The Campground is located 2.5 miles west of 395 across from the Mammoth/Yosemite Airport. There are 88 sites 48 of which may be reserved on-line at www.recreation.gov or by calling 877-444-6777.  The remaining 40 sites are available on a first come first served basis. RV and tent campers are welcome, the campsites have a fire ring and picnic table, potable water is available and there is a dump station.  There are no hook-ups. The sites vary in size and location and a few of the sites can accommodate up to a 45’ foot vehicle.  The Fee is $21 per night, Golden age fee is $10.50 and maximum length of stay is 14 days.
